Applications should be postmarked or emailed not later than 29 September annually to be considered in that year. Renewals should be postmarked by 28 October. The grace period will run through the Feast of Saint Andrew's Day on 30 November for those who have not submitted a renewal affirmation. Those renewing may complete their name and sign the affirmation and only enter information that has changed since their last renewal or appointment.

Eligibility Statement: I desire to be considered for appointment/renewal/reappointment in the Labarum Guard. I am a registered member of the Order of Centurions in good standing, a practicing Christian who regularly worships, and I observe the standards of morality of my denomination. I am a law-abiding member of my community and have never been convicted of a felony offense. I have read the purpose of the Labarum Guard and support its cause.
