for Legionary Nathan and his Friends
ALMIGHTY God, who lives forever, and who gave us grace to belive in the Trinity of God. And also in the power to worship you as the Trinity; Please keep us always in this faith, and defend us forever from all the enemies of the Trinity, who lives and rules, one God, world without end. Amen.

In the same way that Moses lifted the serpent in the desert so people could have something to see and then believe, it is necessary for the Son of Man to be lifted up—and everyone who looks up to him, trusting and expectant, will gain a real life, eternal life.
BIBLE STORY
Gospel of John, Chapter 3
There was a man of the Pharisee sect, Nicodemus, a prominent leader among the Jews. Late one night he visited Jesus and said, "Rabbi, we all know you're a teacher straight from God. ... Jesus said, "You're absolutely right. Take it from me: Unless a person is born from above, it's not possible to see what I'm pointing to—to God's kingdom." "How can anyone," said Nicodemus, "be born who has already been born and grown up? You can't re-enter your mother's womb and be born again. What are you saying with this 'born-from-above' talk?" Jesus said, "You're not listening. Let me say it again. Unless a person submits to ... a baptism into a new life—it's not possible to enter God's kingdom. ... I tell you that you have to be 'born from above'—out of this world, so to speak...." "No one has ever gone up into the presence of God except the One who came down from that Presence, the Son of Man. In the same way that Moses lifted the serpent in the desert so people could have something to see and then believe, it is necessary for the Son of Man to be lifted up—and everyone who looks up to him, trusting and expectant, will gain a real life, eternal life.

Grace and Peace be with you Christ's Soldier!
Today we call Trinity Sunday. The word trinity means three. We say God is the Trinity. He is the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. But he is only one God. That is a mystery, isn't it? There was a man named Patrick in Ireland who liked to teach about the Trinity. Some people believe he used a clover leaf to teach. The clover has three leaflets in the one leaf. All are the same, but different. All are part of the one leaf. All have the same kind of leaf body. All share the same fluids and food. That is the way it is with the trinity. All are equally parts of the one God.
Today's Gospel story is about being born again. When you become a Christian, you are a new spiritual being. You are in God and he is in you. You have the Trinity in your heart and soul. How can you get that Spirit? Well, just like the story said, look to Jesus. If you believe Jesus is your friend and savior, you will get the Spirit. You will be born again in the Spirit. You will be a new creation. You will live forever!
Go in peace. May God, Father, Son and Holy Ghost bless you and your family and friends this day!
Thanks be to God!
