CONCLUSION
The Order is financially sound and is growing steadily in membership. It has continued to provide members and visitors with a true picture of the Early Church through prayer, liturgy, scripture, and ancient homilies. It has provided calendars and occasional postings of special days in the Church year and commemorations of Christian soldiers throughout history. It has proclaimed the Gospel and sent forth a call to all men, and especially to soldiers and veterans, to follow Christ. Its ministry is unique in the world.
We thank those who have made special efforts to assist the Order with its various projects and have made contributions to Order, or to other charitable organizations in the name of the Order, both monetary and non-monetary. We especially recognize and give thanks for those centurions who have supported the Order through the silent but all important role of prayer partners and in living out Christ's commission and ordinances day-to-day through observation of the Rule.
Let us continue to be ever vigilant and to guard our Order and keep it in the vein in which is was founded -- seeking to understand and follow after the orthodox and catholic doctrine, worship, and unity of the Early Church that the Centurions knew. May God grant us grace to walk in his ways and serve him in all truth and sincerity, and in brotherly charity one with another, that all who call themselves Christians in our band of brothers may be led in the way of truth.
In closing let us remember the words Moses spoke to the people:
"The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace." [Nun vi. 24ff]
